The Dr. Wolff Group’s Management board is driving the company forward with a strategic vision and currently includes four leaders: the great-grandchildren Eduard R. Dörrenberg (CEO) and Christoph Harras-Wolff, alongside Dr. Andreas Brinkhoff and Sybille Wasmuth. Eduard R. Dörrenberg

After graduating from ETH Zurich with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.), Eduard R. Dörrenberg worked for three years at the international management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. In 1990/1991, he interrupted his studies to establish the sales network for Dr. Kurt Wolff GmbH & Co. KG in Saxony and Thuringia. In 1997, he completed an MBA at the Graduate School of International Management (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, Paris.

Since April 1998, the great-grandson of company founder Dr. August Wolff has been Managing Partner of Dr. Kurt Wolff GmbH & Co. KG and, since 2004, of Dr. August Wolff GmbH & Co. KG Arzneimittel. From 2014 onwards, Eduard R. Dörrenberg expanded the business in Asia, moving with his family to Singapore for four years.

Eduard R. Dörrenberg is CEO (Chairman of the Management Board) of the Dr. Wolff Group and is responsible for research and development, marketing, sales, and human resources.

Since March 2019, Eduard R. Dörrenberg has served as President of the IHC-OWL (Industrie- und Handelsclub Ostwestfalen-Lippe e. V.).
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the ETH Foundation Germany. In spring 2025, he completed the Owner/President Management Programme (OPM) at Harvard Business School.

Christoph Harras-Wolff

Christoph Harras-Wolff studied law at Erlangen and Munich, where he passed his first state law examination. After completing his legal traineeship and second state exam, he worked as a research associate and solicitor at the renowned Munich law firm Dr. Kießel & Tomanke from 2001 to 2004. As the great-grandson of company founder Dr. August Wolff, he gained business experience at Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG in Bielefeld, focusing on controlling and international purchasing.

He has been Managing Partner of the Dr. Wolff Group since May 2006, overseeing legal matters, industry associations, and sustainability.

Dr. Wolff Group is actively represented in major industry bodies, including BPI (Federal Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry), AKG (Medicines and Cooperation in Healthcare), and IKW (German Cosmetic, Toiletry, Perfumery and Detergent Association).

Dr. Andreas Brinkhoff

Until recently, Dr. Brinkhoff was Managing Director Logistics and Supply Chain at the Porta Group. Previously, he gained extensive experience in the areas of supply chain management, production, logistics, purchasing and digitalization as an executive in the HELLA Group and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a degree in industrial engineering (University of Karlsruhe) and a doctorate in business administration from the University of Cologne. Since September 2023, Dr. Andreas Brinkhoff accounts for Supply Chain and IT as Managing Director at Dr. Wolff.

Sybille Wasmuth

Sybille Wasmuth joined the management board of Dr. Wolff Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on September 1, 2024. Born in East Westphalia, she brings more than 15 years of finance and extensive leadership expertise from the consumer goods industry.

Wasmuth started her career at British American Tobacco, focusing on supply chain and financial control. She joined Beiersdorf AG in 2009, holding various national and international roles in financial management and control. After periods in the UK and Hamburg, she became the Financial Director for Eastern Europe in Vienna in 2020. Since 2023, she has served as Vice President Finance Pharmacy & Selective Brands globally, overseeing brands like Eucerin, Hansaplast, La Prairie, and Chantecaille from Hamburg
